The new iCON Laser manufactured in Europe has now been released in Australia. The 10W CO2 laser comes complete with integrated touchscreen interface, photocell, nose cone protection and mounting bracket at a price which now competes with inkjet technology.
The iCON laser has been specifically designed for small character coding applications in packaged goods and industrial products where it offers users an affordable laser alternative to inkjet. It enjoys all of the advantages of a laser. It is reliable and easy to use and because it uses no consumables it has a very low cost of ownership. It is clean; it leaves no mess and there are no solvent emissions.
The iCON is small and compact so that it is easy to install in even the most confined production locations. There is an integrated touch screen interface with the option of a remote controller.
